About the Role:
 * As a senior clinician, you will provide advanced clinical care and specialist consultation across your region, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality services.
 * You will act as a key point of contact for clinical and operational escalation, providing guidance and support to clinicians and other stakeholders.
 * A critical aspect of this role is mentoring and guiding clinicians, supporting their capability, resilience, and staff wellbeing.
 * You will oversee service operations, performance monitoring, and workforce planning, ensuring that our services are responsive to the needs of local communities.
 * Championing best-practice, evidence-based, person-centred care will be essential in this role, as you lead your discipline across the broader NENW Mental Health Service.

Requirements:
 * To be successful in this role, you will need a degree that provides eligibility or membership of the relevant professional association, and full registration through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
 * You must also be eligible to drive in NSW and travel for work purposes.
