Overview 
To implement Activity Based Management principles to capture complexity to ensure best practice and appropriate funding. This will facilitate processes for operational management and clinical improvement. To review documentation at the point of care to ensure clinical and resource utilisation is recorded accurately to support appropriate funding. To educate clinical staff on a regular basis to improve their understanding of importance of documenting appropriate conditions that impact correct DRG assignment conditions.

Location and Details 
From Helensburgh in the north to North Durras in the south, ISLHD covers an area of 5,687 square kms. This region includes beaches, forests and festivals. Located on Dharawal and Yuin Country, ISLHD operate seven hospital sites, employ over 8,500 staff and provide community health services across 58 locations. Commute times are short, childcare and schooling options are plentiful, and Sydney and Canberra are close by. 
This is a temporary leave relief position until 31 December 2026 with the possibility of extension at same or reduced hours; staff share to be considered for this role.
