The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity to join a national mid tier law firm with a leading insurance practice based in Melbourne. You will be part of a well established firm with over 400 staff across its national offices, recognised for empowering its people to thrive and progress in their careers.
You will manage your own portfolio of files while working within a highly collaborative team of Lawyers, Associates, Senior Associates, Special Counsel and two highly regarded Partners with a wealth of experience in the insurance space. The firm is known for its supportive, low-ego culture and strong mentoring framework, providing direct Partner access and high quality development opportunities.
The role will see you working across financial lines and health matters, defending companies, officers, directors, contractors and other insured parties. You will be exposed to complex, high-value matters for leading insurers and corporate clients.

* Salary $165,000 - $220,000 based on your level of experience
About you
The ideal candidate will have;
* At least 5 years of post admission experience within insurance law. Candidates with more experience are strongly encouraged to apply;
* Good time management skills; and
* Good verbal and written skills.
