If you would like to Join our Team, we're looking for an enthusiastic, and skilled Bar/gaming attendant to help elevate the guest experience and keep the drinks flowing all night long.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers, ensuring quality, consistency and timely service.
* Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner.
* Ensure the club remains clean and tidy by performing regular cleaning tasks throughout the venue.
* Keep the bar area in top condition, ensuring it stays clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout your shift.
* Manage door and reception duties with a welcoming, professional attitude, delivering excellent customer service while confidently applying RSA laws.
* Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues in a timely manner.
* Follow all safety and hygiene regulations, and all RSA & RCG regulations including checking IDs for age verification.
* Managing transactions for Keno and TAB, while ensuring the smooth operation of pokie machines and performing necessary repairs.
* Accurately handle drink orders and cash transactions to ensure smooth service.
* Maintain knowledge of cocktails and confidently recommend drinks that fit the vibe of the club.
* Work efficiently under pressure during busy hours and keep the bar flowing smoothly.
Qualifications
* RSA & RCG are required.
* Previous bartending experience preferred, but we're open to training the right candidate.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
* Positive, upbeat attitude, with a strong sense of teamwork.
* Must be at least 18 years old.
* Flexible schedule, including weekends and late nights.
* Food-handling experience is a BONUS, as we operate a café and value team members who can confidently work between the bar and café.
