Key responsibilities include:
* Conducting open and private property inspections with prospective tenants
* Performing routine inspections to ensure proper maintenance of clients' investments
* Qualifying prospective tenants and references
* Managing tenant inquiries and coordinating inspections
* Completing detailed ingoing and outgoing condition reports
Qualifications and skills required:
* Current SA Property Manager License
* Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Fluency in English; Mandarin is desirable
* Customer service passion and interpersonal skills
* Strong time management and organizational skills
* Attention to detail
* High computer literacy
* Positive, resilient team player attitude
* 1-2 years' residential property management experience preferred
* Proficiency in PropertyMe and Microsoft Office
* Ability to pass police background check and provide references
