The Hinterland Collection is a growing portfolio of premium hospitality, accommodation and tourism experiences across the Tweed Coast and hinterland, including Summergrove Estate, Potager – A Kitchen Garden, Elysian Hills and Bellingdale Farm, alongside our marine tourism business Tweed Eco Cruises.
We are known for beautiful settings, warm service and memorable guest experiences, and we are seeking a passionate and organised Accommodation & Guest Experience Coordinator to support and elevate the stay experience across our properties.
The Role
This is a hands-on, guest-focused coordination role responsible for supporting the end-to-end accommodation and visitor journey across multiple boutique venues.
Working closely with our Group Venue Manager, wedding coordinators, marketing and enquiries teams, you will help ensure every guest interaction — from enquiry to departure — feels seamless, welcoming and professional.
This position is ideal for someone ready to step into greater responsibility within boutique hospitality, weddings or accommodation.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Accommodation
* Coordinate day-to-day accommodation operations across properties
* Manage guest communication before, during and after stays
* Ensure rooms and guest areas are presented to a consistently high standard
* Monitor guest feedback and assist with service recovery
* Work with accommodation systems including Hostaway or similar
Enquiries, Tours & Guest Journey
* Assist with group-wide enquiries across accommodation, weddings, events and experiences
* Conduct wedding and venue tours as required
* Support booking flow, availability management and guest follow-up
* Help create a smooth transition from enquiry through to arrival
* Identify opportunities to enhance guest stays through thoughtful recommendations and optional upgrades, aligned with each guest’s needs and the overall experience
Housekeeping Coordination & Operations
* Manage and roster the housekeeping team across properties
* Oversee cleaning standards, presentation and turnaround readiness
* Coordinate linen, consumables and operational supplies
* Undertake supply ordering and stock control for accommodation operations
* Liaise with maintenance and operations to resolve room or property issues quickly
Coordination & Team Support
* Work collaboratively with venue, weddings, restaurant and maintenance teams
* Support consistency in guest service standards across the group
* Assist with rostering and operational coordination where required
* Contribute ideas to enhance the overall guest and stay experience
About You
You may currently be a:
* Senior wedding or events coordinator
* Hotel front office or reservations professional
* Boutique accommodation supervisor
* Hospitality team member ready to step into a broader role
