What we're looking for
Proven experience estimating commercial construction projects from $1M to $15M
Strong understanding of subcontractor scopes, trade packages, and market pricing
Able to work independently and manage multiple tenders simultaneously
Commercially sharp — you understand that margin matters as much as winning
Construction industry software experience (Buildxact, Cubit, or similar)
