About the Role

Responsibilities
* You will work full-time in one of our retail stores on a rotating roster across a 7-day trade.
* You will plan itineraries, book travel, and convert enquiries into bookings for our customers. This will involve selling the whole holiday, including flights, accommodation, car hire, tours, travel insurance, cruises, transfers, and more.
Be the expert, assist our customers with their travel-related questions, and enjoy a base wage plus an uncapped incentive payment structure where you earn a percentage of every sale.
Requirements
* You will need great organisational skills to take notes, manage your calendar well, and respond quickly to customer phone calls and emails.
* You must have a genuine passion for travel and desire to help open up the world to our customers.
* You will need determination to meet your sales targets and KPIs while balancing your workload in a high-pressure environment.
You will be a savviness for computers and enthusiasm for travel, making our customers want to book with you every time.
