Our client, a leading law firm in Sydney, is seeking a Head of HR to lead their HR team and drive their people strategy.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement HR strategies that support the firm's business objectives
Manage a team of HR professionals and provide leadership and guidance to the team
Develop and manage HR policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
Work with the Managing Partner to build and maintain a positive firm culture and employee experience
Lead recruitment, retention, and succession planning efforts
Develop and deliver training and development programs to support employee growth and development
Manage employee relations issues and ensure prompt and fair resolution
Oversee compensation and benefits programs and ensure they are competitive and aligned with the firm's business objectives
**Key Requirements**:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR leadership roles
Proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives
Strong knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations
Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills
Experience in a professional services firm or law firm is highly desirable
