The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of post admission experience in plaintiff or defendant personal injury law, managing a diverse caseload, and demonstrating exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
As a key member of our team, the successful applicant will work closely with an experienced legal team, autonomously managing their own caseload of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accident claims, criminal injuries compensation, and public liability claims.
The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex legal documents, managing files proactively and efficiently, meeting new clients, and providing clear advice.
The solicitor will build and maintain strong client relationships and supervise legal support staff when required.
