Job Title: Program Coordinator
This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide educational leadership in a school and the community. As a Program Coordinator, you will develop and promote the school vision, core values, and service principles.
The successful applicant will be physically located on site at our Engagement Centre in Albany. This position may involve visiting schools in the Great Southern region to provide support, as well as travel across our school, including visits to Perth for training and development days.
You will facilitate workforce effectiveness, provide a role model for self-development, and work autonomously as site manager for the Engagement Centre. Your contributions will be essential to the development of the school plan through participative decision making, including assisting in developing policy and establishing and maintaining systems.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and managing administrative and operational systems in the relevant area of responsibility. This will ensure the effective operation of the school within departmental policy and guidelines.
