Job Description:
The Membership and Administration Assistant plays a pivotal role in supporting the Operations and Projects Coordinator, Family Law Section. This dynamic team member will collaborate closely with the FLS Executive Officer, the Executive, Members, and external contractors to achieve exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Membership Database Management: Ensure accurate data entry, run extracts to maintain membership records, and provide timely responses to member enquiries.
* Report Generation: Prepare statistical and financial reports on member services and engagement.
* Membership Applications: Process new applications and renewals efficiently.
* Communication Support: Provide professional support for drafting, formatting, editing, and proofreading various communications.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in software applications including Adobe Creative Cloud, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Joomla, and ACY Mailing systems.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
