We are seeking an experienced, relational Inclusive Learning Leader (P–12) to lead our amazing Inclusive Learning Team from January 2026. 
As a valued member of St James, you will: 
Lead a dedicated Inclusive Learning team that works collaboratively to nurture each student’s potential across P–12 
Strengthen staff capability in inclusive practice through coaching, modelling and practical strategies 
Drive high-quality processes for NCCD, ISPs and data-informed interventions that support access, participation and progress 
Partner with families, classroom teachers and external agencies to plan adjustments and monitor outcomes 
Contribute to an innovative learning culture that balances academic excellence with wellbeing, faith and community

Commencement date: January 2026 
What you’ll bring 
- Tertiary qualification in Education 
- Current registration (or eligibility) with the Queensland College of Teachers 
- Demonstrated knowledge and application of inclusive education practices, including NCCD and Individual Support Plans (ISPs) 
- Experience leading or coordinating inclusive learning or student support in a school context 
- Current Blue Card Exemption (or ability to obtain prior to commencement) 
- Postgraduate qualifications in Inclusive Education, Special Education, Educational Leadership or a related field 
- Experience coaching or mentoring staff to build capacity in inclusive practice
