We’re looking for a Head Chef who takes pride in standards, speed, cleanliness, and leadership.

You will be responsible for:
• Leading the kitchen team
• Maintaining exceptional food standards
• Driving speed & service efficiency
• Managing prep systems & par levels
• Stock control & ordering
• Food safety compliance
• Staff training & performance
• Kitchen cleanliness & equipment care
• Cost control & waste reduction
🔥 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Have previous Head Chef / Senior Sous experience
• Know how to run a tight service
• Understand margins & food cost
• Are calm under pressure
• Take pride in cleanliness
• Can build a strong, respectful team culture
• Move fast and think faster
• Experience in high-volume takeaway
• Rotisserie or chicken experience (a bonus)
• Strong organisational systems
• A passion for building something from the ground up
