Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment, upholding the quality of our brand, and achieving sales targets.
* Align with visual merchandising plans and mystery shopper standards.
* Process customer orders, returns, and maintain inventory according to set standards.
* Maintain store tidiness and perform general housekeeping duties.
Requirements:
* Prior retail sales experience with strong persuasive communication skills.
* Demonstrated success in achieving KPIs and sales targets.
* Commitment to providing exceptional customer service as a brand ambassador.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and build relationships with customers.
* Flexibility with availability, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
