**The Job**:
- Full-time, permanent employment
- Answering the parts phone and interpreting parts
- Parts Interpretation for Retail & Trade customers
- Attend to customers efficiently and courteously
- Handle internal & external business as required
- Utilise OEM part catalogues
- Ability to communicate clearly & possess a good phone manner
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Competent computer skills including Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel
**The Person**:
- A valid Australian driver's license
- A good mechanical aptitude
- Sound time management skills
- Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter ideal
- Exceptional customer service skills
