Job Description:
The Program Manager plays a pivotal role in leading the development and implementation of strategic initiatives. This involves overseeing end-to-end program management, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outcomes that align with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing and managing project plans, timelines, and governance frameworks for key corporate submissions.
* Coordinating cross-functional project teams to ensure clarity of roles, deliverables, and deadlines.
* Monitoring progress and escalating risks or issues to senior management as required.
* Applying consistent program management practices aligned with organizational standards.
* Ensuring consistency of key messages across all forms of corporate submissions.
* Preparing routine status reports and briefing papers for executive stakeholders.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess strong project/program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities. They should have excellent written communication skills, with experience in preparing complex documents for external stakeholders.
Additionally, they should demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to coordinate inputs from diverse subject matter experts and influence at all levels.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills and knowledge of collaboration tools are also essential.
