Job Title: Digital Archivist and Records Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Digital Archivist and Records Manager. This is a 4-month contract with an ASAP start date.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating comprehensive finding aids for large collections of organisational records, including files, correspondence, meeting minutes, reports, and printed materials.
To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience in creating finding aids for large collections, be available to commence within the next few weeks, and possess the confidence to work independently.
The ideal candidate will have excellent research, analytical, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough research to identify and classify organisational records
* Create accurate and detailed finding aids to facilitate access to the records
* Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and colleagues
* Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures
