We are seeking a Document Coordinator to join our team for a long-term defence construction project in Darwin, Northern Territory.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of vital defence infrastructure and gain unique experience on a high-profile international Joint Venture.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate and timely flow of project documentation between corporate, site teams, and subcontractors.
* Prepare, scan, file, and distribute project documents.
* Process submittals and ensure compliance with contract procedures.
* Maintain and reconcile submittal registers and design documentation.
* Assist in preparing transmittals, letters, and packages for Government review.
* Support subcontract reviews and maintain documentation accuracy.
Required Skills and Qualifications

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
