Paid Media Strategist
We're looking for a highly skilled Paid Media Strategist to drive our advertising efforts.
* This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing digital media strategies across various platforms.
In this position, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing multi-channel paid media campaigns that meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
* Develop and execute paid media campaigns across social media platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign strategies and ensure best practices.
* Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (ROAS, CPI, CTR, LTV) to optimize targeting, bidding, and creative execution.
* Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audience segments, and bidding strategies to improve campaign efficiency.
* Identify and explore new advertising channels and programmatic opportunities.
* Manage agency and partner relationships to enhance campaign performance.
* Provide creative briefs, analyze asset performance, and recommend content strategies based on data insights.
* Work with analytics teams to develop reporting solutions and track campaign effectiveness.
What We Need From You:
* 3-4 years of experience in paid media buying, performance marketing, or user acquisition.
* Proven ability to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across multiple platforms.
* Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign reporting, performance measurement, and optimization.
* Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, and similar platforms.
* Experience with budget management, audience segmentation, and A/B testing.
* Ability to interpret and act on data insights to drive continuous improvements in campaign performance.
