About the Role
As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and comfort in guest accommodations.
This role involves performing daily tasks within the Housekeeping Department and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable experience for our guests.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong attention to detail.
We are looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding service and creating a welcoming environment for our guests.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas
* Perform daily tasks such as cleaning, replenishing amenities and restocking linens
* Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to guest requests
* Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
* Meet productivity and quality standards while adhering to company policies and procedures
Requirements:
* Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings and Public Holidays
* Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
* Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to lift 25 kg and stand for long periods
