About the roleAn exciting opportunity exists for a twelve-month secondment as a Workplace Coordinator.

This is a key role that provides administrative support to the wider workplace services team whilst ensuring the efficient running of the department. You will also support projects lead by the department, and assist operation services with tasks including reconciliations, reporting and invoice payments. Interacting with a range of stakeholders, you will help to identify any potential risks/issues as you provide an exceptional level of service to the business.
Important to your success- Understanding of the Financial Services industry and basic regulatory framework
Strong administration and client service experience
Knowledge of Lotus Notes
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
