Axiom Performance is a newly launching performance medicine clinic focused on structured, medically governed optimisation. We are seeking an AHPRA-registered Medical Practitioner to join our clinic in a telehealth capacity to provide consultations and clinical oversight for patients seeking preventative and performance-focused healthcare. This role is ideal for a doctor interested in metabolic health, hormone optimisation, preventative medicine and longevity-focused care.

Role Responsibilities
* Conduct telehealth consultations with patients
* Review pathology and clinical history
* Assess patient suitability for prescribed therapies
* Prescribe where clinically appropriate
* Provide follow-up consultations and ongoing monitoring
* Maintain professional clinical documentation
Requirements
* Registered Medical Practitioner with AHPRA
* Prescribing authority in Australia
* Strong clinical judgement and patient care standards
* Comfortable working in a telehealth environment
* Current professional indemnity insurance covering telehealth and peptide prescribing
Experience in preventative medicine, metabolic health, men's health, hormone optimisation or longevity medicine is advantageous but not essential.
Compensation
* Set fee per consultation, equivalent to approximately $400 per hour when sessions are fully booked
* Remote telehealth role – flexible contractor arrangement

Location
Sydney-based clinic with nationwide telehealth delivery.
