About the Role
We are recruiting skilled and compassionate Emergency Nurses for a three-year contract with ACT Health. You will deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced environment, working closely with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Triage and assess patients with acute and complex conditions
* Deliver evidence-based emergency care
* Administer medications and life-saving interventions
* Respond to trauma, cardiac, and respiratory emergencies
* Collaborate with physicians and paramedics to stabilise patients
* Document treatments and patient responses accurately
* Support patients and families during critical situations
* Adhere to emergency protocols and safety standards
Requirements:
* Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
* AHPRA registration (support provided)
* English language proficiency
* Minimum 24 months of recent acute care experience
* Willingness to relocate to Canberra for at least 3 years
