Site Supervisor - Subdivision - South of the River
Pay Range: A$160,000.00/yr - A$185,000.00/yr
Location: Perth, Western Australia - South of the River
About the Role: An opportunity for a position as a Subdivision Site Supervisor within the civil construction industry is currently available. Known for their history of successful land development projects in collaboration with DevelopmentWA and Main Roads WA and their quality outcomes and strong relationships with clients, this position will be responsible for promoting and maintaining a safe work environment during project activities. In collaboration with Construction Managers and coordination with Project Managers, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring legal compliance whilst tasks are completed efficiently to meet deliverable deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate with the project manager, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth progress of the construction project.
* Create and implement a project plan, incorporating scheduled work, allocation of resources, and the establishment of quality control procedures.
* Prepare reports using data relating to health, safety, environment, and quality performance of construction sites.
* Regularly update stakeholders on progression of project progress, addressing issues resolving concerns that are prevalent.

* Experience in incident investigations and ability to identify underlying causes.
* Excellent communication to collaborate with team staff members to resolve issues.
* Proven ability to interpret and implement project plans, schedules, and quality control measures.
* Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tasks effectively.
