**Property Coordinator**:
**The Company**
Exciting opportunity for a proactive, relationship builder to provide administrative support to the national property management team within a property development group!
**About the role**
The position will be responsible for maintaining and updating existing systems. Delivering exceptional customer service to the asset owners and customers, while supporting the team with adhoc duties.
**Responsibilities**
- Assist and resolve all customer queries in relation to our customer portal.
- Assist in system enhancements, testing/training and document new processes and procedures
- Manage Customer Portal point of contact for all queries or concerns
- Coordinate setup of new assets and customers
- Assist with the preparation of customer correspondence in relation to annual outgoings, expenditure, budget, and reconciliation
- Assist the Property Manager with Lease Administration and Property Management duties
- Update and maintain the Insurance, Securities and Bank Guarantee registers and liaise with customers to fulfil any outstanding requirements
- Create purchase orders as required.
- Follow up vendors on invoicing matters.
- Manage Procurements
**Skills/ Experience**
- Eligible to work as an Agent's Representative or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years' work experience, preferably in the property industry.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
