We are now seeking four exceptional individuals to join our team as Concierge and Valet Drivers at a stunning luxury apartment complex in the heart of Perth. About the Role
This is a front-line role where you will be the first impression and the lasting memory for residents and their guests. You will greet residents and visitors with warmth and professionalism, manage the arrival and departure of vehicles with care and precision, valet park and retrieve cars safely and efficiently, assist with resident requests and building access, coordinate with building management to ensure seamless daily operations, and uphold the highest standards of presentation and conduct at all times. This role operates across a 7-day rotating roster covering full-time shifts, so flexibility across mornings, evenings, and weekends is essential.
Available Shifts
* Day Shift - 6:00am to 2:00pm
* Afternoon Shift - 2:00pm to 10:00pm
* Night Shift - 10:00pm to 6:00am. The night shift position includes a vehicle washing component, with the successful candidate required to professionally hand wash between 3 and 5 resident vehicles per night using environmentally friendly products, in addition to all standard valet duties.
What We're Looking For
* Exceptional people skills, warm, polished, and genuinely service-oriented
* Outstanding character and professionalism when dealing with high-end clientele
* A very confident and skilled driver with a clean driving record (manual licence required)
* Prior experience in concierge, hospitality, valet driving, or customer-facing roles highly regarded
* Immaculate personal presentation at all times
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Calm and composed under pressure with the ability to anticipate resident needs
* Reliable, punctual, and committed to showing up and delivering every single shift
* Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and medical
