Are you an organised, detail‑focused professional who thrives on supporting financial accuracy, integrity and smooth organisational operations? St James Lutheran College is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Finance Officer to join our dedicated Administration and Business Support Team.
The Finance Officer supports the College's payroll and accounts payable functions, ensuring financial processes run smoothly, accurately and in line with College expectations. This role supports the smooth, day‑to‑day operations of the College's Administration and Business Support Team by working collaboratively while upholding professionalism and confidentiality.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Support the processing of payroll and staff remuneration.
* Assist with accounts payable, invoice verification and supplier payments.
* Maintain accurate financial records and support reconciliations.
* Use College systems to ensure compliant and efficient financial administration.
* Provide professional assistance to staff and suppliers regarding finance enquiries.
