About the Role:
The Environmental Laboratory is seeking an experienced Environmental Scientist to lead a team and advance their career in a state-of-the-art Laboratory setting.
This is a leadership role where you will oversee critical water quality testing, implement quality control measures, and mentor junior scientists.
Key responsibilities include:
* Strong leadership and mentoring skills with ability to motivate team members to achieve goals
* Technical expertise in environmental chemical analysis, including knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment
* Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

* Strong understanding of NATA accreditation requirements and ability to implement quality control measures
