Overview
Our client is seeking a General Property Adjuster (Cert CILA / Dip CILA) to work from home and operate throughout Wales and surrounding regions as required.
Responsibilities
- Handle a portfolio of Domestic losses up to £100,000 in value on a 'cradle-to-grave' basis.
- Support clients in proactively handling and settling a mixed caseload of property claims.
- Investigate each claim with tact and a calm manner, put yourself in the shoes of the policy holder, appreciate each situation differently, establish the facts and policy details, and work towards a resolution.
Qualifications
- General Property Adjuster (Cert CILA / Dip CILA).
