About the role
Switch Commercial Interiors is seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker to join our team in Loganholme, Queensland. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for crafting high-quality custom cabinetry for our commercial clients.
What you'll be doing
1. Build and assemble cabinetry and detailed joinery components
2. Read and interpret design plans to ensure accurate fabrication
3. Operating workshop machinery and hand tools safely
4. Ensure all work meets safety standards and quality expectations
5. Assist with inventory management and tool maintenance
What we're looking for
1. Formal qualification in Cabinet Making or a related trade
2. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cabinet Maker in a commercial or residential setting
3. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and designs
4. Skilled in the use of woodworking tools and machinery
5. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
6. Good problem-solving and communication skills
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
8. A full set of tools suitable for factory work
9. Permanent residents only eligible to apply
