Overview 
The Benevolent Society is seeking a Front Desk Administration Officer to deliver reception and administration support, ensuring services run smoothly and creating a positive first impression for clients and stakeholders. This is a full-time position based on Wonnarua Country in East Maitland.

- Be the welcoming face of the office; provide professional, courteous reception and front desk services, connecting visitors and callers to the right person or information with respect for diverse backgrounds. 
- Deliver high-quality administrative support; manage correspondence, records, data entry, reports, mail, invoices, bookings, and supplies, and assist with projects while maintaining tidy, well-organised workspaces. 
- Support meetings and events; handle room bookings, setup and pack-down, guest refreshments, tech support, catering, and distribution of materials to ensure smooth, professional experiences. 
- Champion collaboration, confidentiality, and inclusion; assist colleagues during busy periods, maintain accurate logs and internal resources, escalate concerns appropriately, and uphold values of diversity, human rights, and cultural respect.

Skills And Requirements 
- Relevant qualification in business services or equivalent hands-on experience in administration. 
- Proven customer service skills with a proactive, solution-focused approach in client-facing roles. 
- Proficient in office software, communication systems (PABX), and video conferencing technologies. 
- Robust understanding of confidentiality and the ability to handle sensitive information appropriately. 
- Excellent multitasking, communication, and prioritisation skills; able to work independently and manage stakeholder expectations.
