We are seeking a highly capable Hybrid Client Service Officer/ Platform Administrator to sit at the intersection of operations, administration and sales support. This role is designed for someone who not only understands the mechanics of wealth management platforms such as Praemium, but who also brings commercial awareness, client confidence and the ability to support the wealth management business.
This is a critical role that ensures our back-end operations run seamlessly while also contributing to front-end client experience and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities
REQUIRED - Praemium & Platform Administration
* End-to-end administration of Praemium SMA accounts, including:
* Account set-up and onboarding
* Asset transfers and cash movements
* Corporate actions and reporting
* Compliance documentation and platform reconciliations
* Liaising with Praemium support teams to resolve operational issues efficiently
* Ensuring all platform processes are compliant, accurate and timely
Wealth Management & Corporate Finance Administration
* Supporting advisors with client onboarding, account maintenance and documentation
* Preparing and processing trade instructions and settlement documentation
* Assisting with IPO allocations, placements, and corporate transaction logistics
* Maintaining accurate CRM records and client files
* Supporting compliance and regulatory processes
Sales & Client Engagement Support
* Acting as a client-facing representative when required
* Supporting advisors and sales staff with:
* Client follow-ups
* Meeting preparation
* Proposal and presentation support
* Assisting with lead management and pipeline administration
* Contributing to business development initiatives and client retention
Operational Excellence
* Identifying inefficiencies and improving internal processes
* Acting as a bridge between operations, advisors and corporate finance teams
* Ensuring a consistently high level of service delivery

Key Skills & Experience
* 2–5+ years experience in financial services, stockbroking or wealth management
* Strong hands-on experience with Praemium administration (essential)
* Solid understanding of:
* Wealth management structures
* SMA platforms
* Corporate actions
* Corporate finance workflows
* Experience supporting IPOs, placements or capital markets transactions highly regarded
* Sales exposure or client-facing experience
* Strong attention to detail and operational discipline
* Confident communicator with professional presentation
