With an impressive pipeline of apartment stock with some highly reputable developers this group is looking to hire an experienced sales professional to act as the lead agent from launch to settlement for current and future projects. **What will you be doing in this role**:
- Respond to inbound leads and inquiry
- Nurture past inquiry and manage buyer database
- Manage display suites and client appointments
- Negotiate sale prices and terms
- Nurture clients through to exchange and settlement
- Attend sales meetings and share market insights
- Assist with pricing and market feedback to adjust project positioning
- Support channel agents with sales, access to display suites and pricing
- 12 months project sales experience OR
- Experience in a traditional real estate sales role
- Immaculate presentation
- The ability to work as a part of a supportive and friendly team
- A current real estate licence
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and the occasional Sunday
- Strong relationship management skills
- The ability to negotiate and close sales
- A valid Australian drivers licence and reliable car
- Full Australian work rights
