About The Opportunity
We are looking for a passionate Retail Assistants to join our team and represent our clients products in an innovative new venture representing an exciting new chapter in their continued growth in the Australian market.
In this role, you will:
* Provide outstanding customer service, helping shoppers explore and trial our clients organic makeup products.
* Educate customers on the benefits of clean beauty and communicate our clients brand values.
* Assist with merchandising, stocking and maintaining product displays to reflect our clients premium, natural aesthetic.
* Support sales goals, including upselling and cross-selling to drive customer satisfaction and growth.
* Handle point-of-sale transactions, inventory checks and basic administrative tasks.
* Participate in store events, product launches, and training sessions to stay updated on new launches
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to be:
* Enthusiastic about skincare, makeup and especially clean and organic beauty.
* Knowledgeable or willing to learn about cosmetically active ingredients and the advantages of organic formulations.
* A strong communicator who can tailor product recommendations based on a customer's skin type, preferences and concerns.
* Friendly, patient and confident in helping customers try new shades or textures.
* Organized, reliable and proactive in addition to someone who can help keep the store running smoothly.
* Confident in your shade-matching ability, with an eye for undertones and skin variations.
* Previous retail or beauty counter experience is desirable, but a passion for ethical beauty can be just as valuable.
Previous experience in airport/aviation retail would be highly regarded.
