Your ImpactAs the Distribution Development Manager for AIA, you'll champion the success of CBA Group-assisted distribution channels, including the CSN and CSL Networks.
Your mission: to safeguard and improve customer financial wellness through strategic collaboration and leadership.
About the Team
You'll be part of the Insurance and Retail Advice team, responsible for the strategy, operations, and distribution of the Bank's wealth products.
We're a vibrant, collaborative group committed to protecting and enhancing the financial wellbeing of our customers.
This role covers the regions of Queensland, Western Australia, South Australia, and the Northern Territory.
What You'll Do
Cultivate strong partnerships with distribution channels through expert relationship management and influence.
Co-develop and execute 90-day strategic plans with key stakeholders to drive exceptional customer outcomes.
Coach and support frontline leaders, Branch Managers, Team Leaders, Lenders, and service teams.
Lead the execution of joint business plans with AIA and customer-facing teams.
Ensure all activities align with agreed Risk and Compliance frameworks.
What We're Looking For
Proven leadership experience in Financial Services, ideally with solid knowledge of insurance and advice.
Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills across diverse stakeholder groups.
A commitment to quality practices within the Group's risk and compliance framework.
Empathy, active listening, and the ability to balance stakeholder needs with business goals.
Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
Willingness to travel interstate as required.
Highly desirable: Familiarity with CBA's CSL and CSN retail networks.
