Job Description
Civil Project Manager Specialist – Greenfield Subdivision Contractor. Northern Suburbs Office location, site across north and western suburbs.
$150k - $180k + super + vehicle.
Randstad are partnering with a specialist Civil Contractor with a family-style office environment. Head offices in the northern suburbs of Melbourne, they deliver multi-stage residential and industrial land development projects to the largest land developers in the state.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage the execution of civil works for BESS and Substation projects.
* Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams to achieve project goals.
* Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality assurance standards.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, engineers, and other stakeholders.
* Problem-solve and mitigate risks to keep projects on track.
We're Looking For
* 5+ years as Project Manager on civil projects, ideally with experience in greenfield land development projects.
* Strong understanding of civil construction methodologies, earthworks, and utilities scope of works.
* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality and safety.
* Strong commercial acumen and project financial management.
* Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
