Responsibilities Create and implement local marketing strategies tailored to the local area including campaigns across various channels. Partner with the Marketing team and key stakeholders to create and continually evolve new store openings, renovations and repositions of existing venues. Partner with external partners and key stakeholders to develop and maintain annual Marketing plans for flagship locations. Organise and manage marketing campaigns and events working with local teams and external partners. Partner with key stakeholders including shopping centres and support local teams on local initiatives and promotions to drive local sales. Deliver events including store openings, venue events and family days to engage the local community. Oversee budgets for local marketing activities, ensuring efficient spending and maximising return on investment. Create content for local audiences and adapting for relevant channels Monitor and reporting on performance by tracking key metrics, analysing campaign performance and providing regular reports. Skills Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar Marketing role with a Local Area focus Experience in a shopping centre environment or a national retail brand is advantageous Demonstrated experience with new store openings and opening events. Proven experience in managing multiple projects Strong experience in stakeholder management including shopping centres, internal and external stakeholders. Excellent copy-writing skills and meticulous attention to detail. Good understanding of data analysis and identifying trends and insights.
