 * Work with customers to strengthen their capacity to connect with informal, mainstream and funded supports.
 * Develop customer capacity to maintain support relationships, resolve service delivery issues and participate independently in NDIS processes.

Key Responsibilities
 * Work collaboratively with customers, stakeholders and team members to achieve desired outcomes.
 * Provide support to customers to enhance their ability to access and navigate services.
 * Contribute to the development and implementation of plans that meet the needs of customers.
 * Participate in quality improvement activities to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
 * Experience in a similar role within the NDIS.
 * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
 * Proven ability to work collaboratively with customers, stakeholders and team members.
 * Personal resilience working in a changing environment.
