Job Overview
* The Business Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day operational tasks.
* Key areas of focus include managing property leases, inspections, maintenance and contractors, as well as arranging and tracking utilities, internet and vehicle registrations.
* The successful candidate will also support workers transferring overseas licences to Australian licences, and organise travel logistics for worker arrivals and departures.
* Daily records of completed actions and updates will need to be maintained accurately in Excel.
* Effective communication with workers, suppliers and service providers is crucial.
* The role involves participating in the after-hours phone roster for urgent operational calls.
* A key aspect of this role is contributing ideas to improve systems and efficiency.
