**About The Role**
The Operations Manager you will be entrepreneurial by nature and have a thirst for innovation. You must be able to think outside of the box and come up with solutions that are steadfast and logical. This is a role where you will wear multiple hats and keep you highly engaged.
**Responsibilities**
- Work with senior management to establish department and company goals and rely on experience, judgment, and innovation to achieve them
- Develop and implement process improvements and coordinate new product introductions
- Liaison between teams, shifts, functional areas, supervisors and departments, and partner with vendor/customer/client representatives
- Collaborate with other Leaders within the site to monitor inventory level, materials, equipment, and the procurement of capital equipment as needed
- Meet production operational standards by implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer service level agreements, resolving problems, and identifying process improvements
- Meet production financial standards by controlling and minimizing operation expenses
- Drive engagement across areas of responsibility and work with the leaders to review and address their peakon scores
- Review Tableau (or similar) reports to ensure that the team/dept is attaining the desired performance metrics. Follow up with the leaders on their areas of opportunity
**What are the requirements needed for this position?**
- Previous leadership/manager position
- Ability to identify potential process and workflow improvements
- Experience working closely with Data and reporting tools
- Must have the ability to interact effectively and positively with all levels of company personnel as well as external personnel
- Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
