This is your chance to create memorable guest experiences through supporting the Catering Supervisor and Catering Chef to prepare and deliver exceptional high-quality food and assist the day-to-day kitchen operations. In addition to guest satisfaction, this role will involve overseeing hygiene, cleanliness and general safety in food preparation areas.Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Preparation of menu, ensuring high quality and guest satisfactionSafe packing of food for on-water experiencesOverseeing hygiene, cleanliness and general safety of all staff working in food preparation areasCleaning of kitchen, storerooms and kitchenwareAbout youThe successful candidate will be flexible to work at various times throughout the day, either early mornings or afternoon starts with late finishes in our off-site catering facility. The ideal candidate will have a true passion for high quality food with a real commitment to delivering the best standards of food, ensuring our guests leave with lasting memories!
