Job Title: Investigations Support Officer
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Investigations Support Officer to join our team.
About the Role
The Investigations Support Officer plays a critical role in managing all administrative functions of the Investigative Services Unit. This includes providing high-level administrative support to the Investigations Manager and other personnel within the unit.
* Manage the Investigations Manager and the Investigative Services Unit's schedule and day-to-day workflow to meet established priorities and ensure compliance with relevant directives, standards, policies, and procedures.
* Provide support to the Investigations Manager in monitoring and evaluating regional human resource management systems, staff establishment, and associated staffing issues.
* Develop and maintain effective, efficient, and compliant administrative systems and procedures, including the upkeep and maintenance of the Regional Investigations spreadsheet.
Key Responsibilities

* Excellent written and oral communication skills to confidently liaise with senior management, internal and external stakeholders.
* A high level of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
* Knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Work Health and Safety Act, Electrical Safety Act, and the Safety in Recreational Water Activities Act.
* Able to utilise relevant software packages to enhance administrative support, including the Microsoft Office Suite.
