Bid Coordinator Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a Bid Coordinator role based in Newcastle, with offices that promote a hybrid approach.
As the Bid Coordinator, you will oversee the entire production of high-quality tenders/Bids and Expressions of Interest for construction projects.
A transition phase will be provided to ensure a smooth integration, as well as industry-specific upskilling for those new to construction.

Key responsibilities include:
* Compiling tender submissions, project bids and proposals
* Reviewing tender/EOI documentation to ensure compliance with client requirements
* Leading bid coordination meetings to track deliverables and manage timely development of responses
* Compiling information and graphics for submissions, designing and formatting responses using Adobe InDesign
* Liaising with internal and external personnel to source information and documents for submissions
* Ongoing content management and maintenance, including updating capability statements, personnel CVs, and marketing materials
* Updating CRM and assisting marketing/communications team where required
You will also ensure the tender process is structured and timely, the content is clear and concise, and that proposals create an appealing visual impact with clients.
