About The Role
We are currently looking for a Senior Associate (5+ PQE) to join our Dispute Resolution & Litigation team in our Canberra office. In this role you will be involved in a diverse range of litigation and public law matters, including administrative review, commercial litigation, investigations and advising. Our focus is providing sound and practical advice for public sector clients.
The work is interesting, complex and challenging which will see you working closely alongside exceptional litigators and like-minded professionals in a collaborative team environment with colleagues across Maddocks' national offices. You will be recognised for personal achievements and receive mentoring to ensure your professional skills continue to grow and develop.
About You
Ideally you will have public sector and / or civil litigation experience, knowledge of court practice and processes and you will be confident in utilising your proven analytical and drafting skills. Someone who is strategic, can draft persuasively and has a client focused attitude will find themselves succeeding in this role.
