We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Administrator to join our team. This role will involve leading and enhancing administrative processes tailored to the accounting industry.
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in accounting administration, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and smooth operations in managing financial documents and supporting the team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Team Leadership: Oversee and guide administrative staff in accounting-specific tasks, including ATO and ASIC processes, as well as manage the mail process.
* Compliance Management: Ensure accurate and timely lodgment of tax returns and Business Activity Statements (BAS).
* Communication Management: Manage and direct incoming communication to the firm, ensuring all correspondence is handled efficiently and professionally.
* Administrative Support: Handle various other administrative tasks within the practice as required, ensuring smooth and effective operations across the firm.
