Leadership Role
The position of Program Manager for E-7 Development offers a unique opportunity to lead and direct program activities with a focus on integrated planning, scheduling, change management, project management, and program operating rhythm.
Responsibilities
* Manage large-scale complex projects from initiation to completion.
* Ensure alignment and integration of work across all levels within the E-7 Development Program and horizontally with the E-7 Cored Program Office.
* Coordinate liaison with customers and stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external.
Key Qualifications
* Proven track record in managing successful high-level management functions, customer liaison, and business awareness outcomes.
* Experience in finance, scheduling, production control, trade controls, intellectual property management, metrics management, quality, subcontracting, and procurement.
* Strong leadership and people skills to identify and develop high-performing team members.
* Ability to navigate and lead through complex change management processes.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills to facilitate interaction between staff and key internal and external customer groups.
