About the Role
In this full-time temporary position, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining steady and accurate financial operations while the organisation recruits permanently. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and take ownership of core accounting responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have strong MYOB experience and confidence managing a broad range of finance tasks.
Key Responsibilities
* Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
* Daily financial processing and general ledger entries
* Month-end and end-of-year support
* Billing, reconciliations, and reporting
* Support with payroll-related tasks (awards, pay scales, TPA knowledge)
* Finance administration for a workforce of ~100 staff
* Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial activity
What We're Looking For
* Strong MYOB experience is essential
* Experience in a generalist Accounts / Finance Officer role
* Confident with AP/AR, GL, reconciliations & reporting
* Knowledge of awards, classifications, and payroll environments
* Comfortable working fully on-site
* Able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision
* Immediate or near-immediate availability
