The program focuses on empowering youth aged 16 – 25 years old, who are at risk of homelessness or crisis situations.
To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for:
* Providing crisis intervention services to vulnerable young people
* Developing and implementing personalized programs and activities as detailed in case plans
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Candidates must possess the following qualifications:
* A caseworker qualification or relevant behavioral/social science certificate/diploma
* Significant experience working with vulnerable young people
* A valid Blue Card issued through the Blue Card Services
* A current Driver's Licence
