Workforce Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional who has a relevant degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Employee Relations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR, recruitment, and organisational development, and possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive workforce development strategies to meet business needs.
* Liaise with stakeholders to identify talent acquisition and retention opportunities.
* Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
* Maintain accurate records of workforce data and metrics.
